This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 911 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that due to administrative reasons, the file related to this matter was sent to wrong zonal office, which resulted in huge delay.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the delay of 911 days is condoned.

4.This Petition is ordered, accordingly.

5.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
