(Order of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) For non compliance of pre-deposit ordered in AIR SA No.570 of 2016 dated 06.04.2017, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai has dismissed the appeal. Being aggrieved, Mr.Raymond Ruban, Proprietor of M/s.Shynee Construction, Chennai has filed the instant writ petition.

2. Mr.R.Prasath, learned counsel for the petitioner, has circulated a letter dated 12.01.2018, to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. Hence, W.P.No.11081 of 2017 is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Added further, Mr.R.Prasath, made submission seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. Letter dated 12.01.2018, shall form part of the record.
