PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Inspector of General, the first respondent herein to conduct the enquiry into the complaint filed by the petitioner, with regard deed of exchange registered on 11.12.1991 in Doc.No.1830/1991 relating to S.No.185/3-A1 in Renganathan Village Koonimedu, Villupuram Taluk, Dindivanam District and take appropriate action as per law subsequently cancel the said document.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Inspector of General i.e. the first respondent herein to conduct the enquiry into the complaint filed by the petitioner with regard to deed of exchange registered on 11.12.1991 in Doc.No.1830/1991 relating to S.No.185/3-A1 in Renganathan Village Koonimedu, Villupuram Taluk, Dindivanam District and take appropriate action as per law and subsequently cancel the said document.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died. Therefore, immediately he sent letter to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Even till today, he has no response from the legal heirs and as such he reported no instruction and intended to withdraw his appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the petitioner are at liberty to file appropriate petition to restore the writ petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
