This petition has been filed to quash the impugned summon dated 10.02.2024 under Sections 160 and 91 of Cr.PC issued by the 1st respondent in Cr.No.916 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is not intending to act upon the summon issued to the petitioner and that they are adopting adifferent procedure and that they will proceed in accordance with law. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
