ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J) The relief sought for in this habeas corpus petition is for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of the detenue/petitioner's Daughter namely Devika aged about 20 years

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, at the instructions of the respondent/Police, made a submission that the Detenue is a major and now, she got married with one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Karthick. Both the Detenue as well as her husband are major and the marriage between the said Karthick and the Detenue / Devika had been registered before the Sub Registrar, Karamangalam.

3. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of other grounds raised in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
