ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.489 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent Police and file a final report within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously in Crime No.489 of 2014 and file the final report before the Concerned Court at the earliest.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
