ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.212 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 354A and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in Crime No.212 of 2023 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karimangalam. The same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.22 of 2025.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
