O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 10.06.2015 passed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.16211 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have not complied with the order passed by this Court.

3. However, from a perusal of the order passed by the first respondent dated 17.10.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has been dismissed from the services based on the charges levelled against him.

4. Hence, in my view, no contempt would arise as the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed.
