The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submits that the first respondent herein, the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.78 of 2012 before the trial court, has "not pressed" the suit on 30.01.2019 and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Civil Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
