ORDER

Seeking a direction to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 01.06.2015, within the time frame fixed by the Hon'ble Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police. 3.The petitioner is alleged that landlord is forcibly taken his tailoring machines and the garments which were stitched for customers.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously in CSR No.136/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
