Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. With regard to mutation of patta, the petitioner's claim was defeated by the Tahsildar, against which, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, the 2nd respondent herein in the year 2013. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said appeal is still pending and hence the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner in Appeal No.4298 of 2013, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner as well as any of the rival parties. No costs.
