C.R.P.(PD).No.2052 of 2021 S.KANNAMMAL.J., gbi 3.The learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai has sought for extension of time for a further period of six months for the disposal of the suit. The learned counsel for the respondents also conceded that the suit was disposed of. 4.On perusal, the main suit was dismissed on 01.03.2022 by the XVII Assistant City Civil Court at Chennai. When the main suit in O.S.No.4648 of 2017 has already been disposed of and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for any adjudication and hence, the same is closed. No costs.
