ORDER

(Heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 306 of IPC, in Crime No.74 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the fact that now the F.I.R has been registered only under Section 174 Cr.P.C and the investigation is still pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and at this stage, there is no apprehension of arrest.
