ORDER
The case has been heard through video conference The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379, 430 IPC r/w 21(1) Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957, in Crime No.921 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This is the second anticipatory bail application before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported 1⁄4 unit of river sand by using Bullock Cart, without any valid permission, Hence, the complaint.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail application before this Court and the earlier application was dismissed on 05.02.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.1751 of 2021 on the very same petitioner. He would further submit that there are 11 previous cases pending as against this petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and there are 11 previous cases pending as against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
