Application No.2285 of 2014 Dr.ANITA SUMANTH, J.

This application is filed by the applicant, seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.8,92,456.60/- failing which to order attachment of the immovable property of the second respondent morefully described in the judges summons.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that though substituted service by way of paper publication was effected in Tamil Daily "Thina Boomi" on 25.08.2016, as ordered by this Court on 28.07.2016, there is no response from the respondents and she has filed an affidavit of service to that effect. She would further submit that arbitration proceedings culminated in an award in favour of the applicant. The said statement is recorded.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the respondents being unpresented despite paper publication and printing of name in the cause list. In the above circumstances, there shall be

vsm an order of attachment as prayed for. The order of attachment shall be transmitted through the District Court, Thiruvallur and the attachment order may be hand delivered to the applicant for transmission.
