This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondents to alter offences under sections from sections 294(b), 324, 323 and 506(i) of IPC to 326, 307 of IPC and section 3 of Woman Harassment Act based on the statement originally recorded from the petitioner in Cr.No.1327/2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.Mr.Munirajulu, Inspector of Police was present at the time of hearing. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri in FR.No.11 of 2021 for offences under Sections 294 (b), 324, 323 and 506(i) of IPC.
