Upon receiving information about the correct description of the sixth defendant from said defendant, the plaintiff has applied for an amendment.
2. Upon examining the affidavit in support and being satisfied that this application is liable to be allowed as prayed for, this application stands allowed. Consequently, the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendments in the plaint on or before 23.02.2026 and serve a copy of the amended copy on the other parties within a week therefrom.
