CRIME NO.323 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.11275/2020 order dated 11.12.2020 to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11275 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 304(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.323 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
