ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the above Writ Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the records. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents has no serious objection.

4. Though this petition has been filed to condone the inordinate delay of 226 days, this Court finds from the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the petitioners have given sufficient cause for the delay. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition cannot be discarded. This Court is also convinced with the reasons stated therein.

5. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing on 04.02.2024.
