Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the direction the learned District Munsif, Kangayam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2016 on the file of the District munsif court, Kangayam, within a time frame.

The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner/plaintiff has filed the petition aggrieved over the non progress of the suit filed by her. The petitioner/plaintiff is 71 years old lady and she has filed the suit for declaration and injunction. Mm/sk fourth defendant (D4) filed a written statement on 20.06.2016. The third defendant (D3) was set exparte. On 20.06.2016, the issues were framed and the matter was posted for trial on 12.07.2016. Even though the matter is posted for trial, there is no progress for the past one year. As of today the matter is posted for trial on 10.08.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances, and considering the age of the petitioner, being a senior citizen, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif, Kangayam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 64 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
