Heard Mr.B.K.Girish Neelakantan, learned counsel for the applicants, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel for respondent 2.

The appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dismissing the writ petition. There were six petitioners, wherein one of the petitioners has died and one legal heir of the deceased petitioner has also died. Even otherwise, the appeal would be maintainable on behalf of the other petitioners.

In the light of that, these applications, seeking impleadment/accept the cause-title, stand allowed and are disposed of. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause-title.

The legal heirs can be brought on record only to the extent of prosecuting the appeal.
