ORDER

The learned Government Advocate produced Na.Ka.No.1146/2010/E1 dated 31-07-2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order was not served. On the other hand, the learned Government Advocate has submitted that the order was served. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.

This Court is not going into the issue as to whether

the order is served or not. Now, since the order dated 31-072015 is produced before this Court, this Court is inclined to close the contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order, if so advised.

However, in the event of the petitioner showing that the order has not been served, the respondent cannot take up the plea of laches, on challenge of the order, since no acknowledgement for proof of service has been produced before this Court.
