This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 14.04.2016 vide CSR No.407 of 2016 and investigate into the matter. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.04.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.407 of 2016, before the first respondent.

Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
