The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent police to provide police protection to survey the land in Survey No.346/3A, Salivaram Village, Tenkanikottai Taluk, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has requested to give police protection for measuring his property. If the 3rd and 4th respondents fix a date for survey and request for police protection, it will be accorded by the 1st respondent. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition Criminal is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition (Criminal) is closed. No costs.
