The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition challenging the impugned communication of the 2nd respondent herein dated 13.08.2010 along with connected records and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as not pressed and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
