ORDER

This contempt petition was filed on the ground that there was the violation of the interim order passed by this Court, wherein, the respondents are said to have invoked the bank guarantee issued by the petitioner in spite of the order of injunction. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main writ petition was taken up for hearing and it was dismissed by an order dated 25.11.2021.

3.In view of the above development, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this contempt petition pending and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
