ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the relief to withdraw and transfer the Sessions Case No. 128 of 2017 from the file of the Mahila Court, Tiruvallur to any other Court having jurisdiction to try the said case.

2. Despite granting repeated adjournments, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fifth respondent, on instructions, would submit that vide order dated 09.08.2019 in Crl. OP No.6795 of 2013 the case in S.C. No.128 of 2017 has been transferred from the file of the Mahila Court, Tiruvallur. Accordingly, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous.
