The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 27.1.2023 submitted by the writ petitioner.
2. The said representation reveals that the petitioner has raised an objection not to register any document in respect of the properties stated in the representation. Such common representation, if submitted before the registering authority, is not entertainable.
3. To refuse registration, the document presented must fall within the purview of the Registration Act. The general objections if any submitted is not entertainable, then the issuance of direction to the authorities, not to register any document, would not arise at all. Hence, the representation submitted by the petitioner itself is misconceived and untenable.
4. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 2/4
