Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in No. Rc.G3/42242/2011, dated 09.12.2011 passed by the fourth respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to appoint the petitioner for any other suitable Post in BHEL for which the interview was called for.
