PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling upon the records relating to the Communication of the 1st respondent dated 22.4.2016 in Ref. No.012895/ 2016 quash the same and consequently forbear the 1st respondent from demolishing the Waiting Hall and R.O Water Plant constructed by the petitioner in the premises of the 1st respondent.
