Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to forthwith survey and fix the boundaries for the land of the petitioner in survey No.716/10 A2 an extent of 0.07 Acre (1523 Sq.ft) purchased by him vide Registered Sale Deed Doc.No.5432/2004 situated at Paruthipattu Village, within the Avadi Sub-Registrar Jurisdiction, Thiruvallur District, based on his application dated 29.08.2016 along with requisite payment challan submitted to the respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
