Heard Mr.S.Illamvaludhi for the petitioner, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.Rajesh, Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

2.The petitioner had sought for re-auction of the shops, stating that he would pay a higher amount than the amount for which the shops had gone for auction. Acceding to the request, the 3rd respondent had passed an order on 02.02.2026, calling upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,78,300/-.

3.Instead of paying the said amount and seeking a re-auction, the petitioner has deposited only a sum of Rs.15,400/-. As this is not in compliance with the terms and conditions as per the applicable Government Order, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for. 2/4
