The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking direction to the 1st and 4th respondents to conduct elaborate enquiry in regarding with receipt of subsidy in the name of members Salem District Survodhaya Sangam, Attur, Salem District from State and Central Government and take further action against the 5th respondent.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she is one of the Managing committee member in Salem District Survodhaya Sangam, which is functioning by getting subsidy from State and Central Government Khadi and village industries board. While so, the 5th respondent, who got elected as Secretary of the said Sangam had misappropriated the sangam funds. Thereby, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.02.2021 before the 1st and 4th respondents, which evoked no response. Hence, this writ petition. Page No.2 of 7

Though very many grounds have been raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 1st and 4th respondents to conduct elaborate enquiry with regard to receipt of subsidy in the name of the members of Salem District Survodhaya Sangam, Attur, Salem District from State and Central Government and take appropriate action against the 5th respondent as expeditiously as possible, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2021.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that, appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the Page No.3 of 7
date of receipt of a copy of this order, after conducting appropriate enquiry by affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the 5th respondent and other aggrieved persons, if any.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
