Seeking non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8215 of 2015, dated 24.03.2015, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader has produced the Proceedings of the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri in Na.Ka.No.7861/2015/B1, dated 13.06.2016 and submits that appropriate order has been passed, though belatedly.

3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court and the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.06.2016, it is open to him to challenge the same in separate proceedings.
