Respondents Prayer in W.P.No.7777 of 2011: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order made in Na.Ka.No.6593/97-A1/Madura dated 18.03.2011 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the second respondent from reducing the salary of the petitioner and any recovery from the salary.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners, in all Writ Petitions, had retired from service. Therefore, the prayer sought for in these petitions have become infructuous.
3. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
