ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint dated 01.06.2016 CSR 131/2016 given by the petitioner to the respondent police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.131 of 2016 is pending. Similarly, on the counter complaint given by the opposite party against this petitioner, enquiry in CSR No.92 of 2016 is pending and that the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry. 4.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petitions may be closed under intimation to the petitioner and the opposite party.
This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
