This Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22610 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of Legal Service Authority, attached to the concerned Court. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 06.03.2023, this Court, while extending the time to comply with the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22610 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of Legal Service Authority, attached to the concerned Court. He further submitted that there is no Legal Service Authority is attached to the Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif Court, Thirukalukundram, thereby, he prayed that the petitioner may be permitted to deposit the said amount before the Legal Service Authority, Chengalpattu.
3. Considering the above submission, the paragraph 3 of the order shall be read as follows :
