Crl.O.P.No.4741 of 2021 M.DHANDAPANI, J., The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under sections 409, 420, 477-A, 120B, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already a quash petition is filed before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3102 of 2021 and stay of investigation has been granted on 22.02.2021. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that already investigation has been completed.

4.In view of the stay of investigation granted by this court, no apprehension of arrest would arise. Therefore, nothing survives further in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
