The petition is filed to permit the petitioner to take substituted service effecting paper publication.

2. The petition is ordered. The petitioner shall take substituted service in one issue of Makkal Kural, a Tamil daily having circulation in Salem for the hearing date 25.04.2024. The paper publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the date of the hearing.

3. Post the matter on 25.04.2024.
