2.B.Kuppuswamy Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the 1st respondent police to execute bailable warrant dated 11.08.2023 issued by the Learned Fast Track (Judicial magistrate Level), at Ambattur in S.T.C.No.162 of 2022, against the 2nd respondent, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant issued by the Court below and secure the accused person and produce the accused person before the Court below.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the bailable warrant has been issued as early as on 11.081.2023 and the same is yet to be executed by the respondent police, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant and secure the accused person and produce before the Court below before next date of hearing. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. 28.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order ssr
