(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 245 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment imposed by the learned Judge, II Additional District and Sessions Judge at Salem, in Sessions Case No.166 of 2016, through the judgment dated 19.03.2024.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
