Prayer in both petitions: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondents in both petitions by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 13848 and 13993 of 2015, dated 10.06.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Gnanasekar in both Crl.O.Ps.

For Respondents : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz in both Crl.O.Ps.

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for R.2 COMMON ORDER The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Cr.No. 4 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. He has come up with these petitions seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent in both petitions by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 13848 and 13993 of 2015, by orders dated 10.06.2015.

2. When these matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that the case in Crime No.4 of 2015 has been referred to as "Mistake of Fact" on 24.09.2015 and final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri, on 02.01.2015 and Referred Charge Sheet notice was also served on both the accused.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in these petitions. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
