The sole appellant died on 05.11.2023 and these three applications are filed to condone the delay of 209 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement in A.S.No.952 of 2015; to set aside the abatement in A.S.No.952 of 2015 and to bring the petitioners 2 to 6 as appellants 2 to 6 in the Appeal Suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions stands allowed.
