The applicants are the plaintiff in the suit filed for partition and separate possession.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that all the parties are residing within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. He further submits that out of seven properties, four properties are situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and three properties are situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, he pleaded for grant of leave.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
