The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to file a charge sheet in FIR No.10 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Ambur, Thirupathur District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner against her husband, a case in Crime No.10 of 2021 has been registered by the third respondent for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 506(i), 494 and 498 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(A) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. He would reiterate that investigation in Crime No.10 of 2021 is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from today.
