Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent issued in G.O.Ms.No.360, Home (Courts-IIA) Department, dated 03.04.2001 and G.O.Ms.No.10, Home (Courts-IIA) Department, dated 03.01.2002 issued under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial

Establishments) Act, 1997 and quash the same in so far as the petitioners' property concerned, being vacant house site, measuring an extent of 18 cents or about or approximately 8073 sq. feet out of the total extent of 0.43 acre at School Street, Ganga Nagar, Kallikuppam, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, comprised in Survey No.753/6A2 & 754/6A3, situated within the then Ambattur Municipality limits and consequently direct the respondents to desist from interfering in the rights of the petitioners over the said property. The issues between the parties had already been settled and thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
