ORDER
The writ petition has been instituted to quash the enquiry notice along with charge memo dated 03.05.2016 issued by the 4th respondent. 2.The impugned order reveals that the petitioner was asked to appear before the Enquiry Officer for the purpose of conducting an enquiry. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the enquiry proceedings were concluded and the disciplinary authority imposed the penalty of dismissal from service on the writ petitioner which was subsequently approved by the competent authorities of the 2/4
Education Department. Thus, the cause arose for the purpose of filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now.
