JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.E.Om Prakash, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.Pravin Purohit, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The compromise memo has been filed by the parties.

3. On 24.07.2023, this Court directed that the parties shall appear before the Registrar (Judicial) and the Registrar (Judicial) shall verify the terms of the compromise.

4. Pursuant thereto, the parties appeared before the Registrar (Judicial). The terms of compromise were verified by the parties before the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) observed that the parties have admitted their signatures on the document and that they have signed the document after reading the contents of the document and they were identified by their respective counsel.

5. It appears that the terms and conditions are not unlawful.

6. In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. Decree be drawn accordingly. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.8727 of 2023 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 31.07.2023 Index : Yes/No kpl
