ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 26.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.18172 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.732 of 2025 that the

petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.00 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 26.09.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.18172 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.732 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
