This Civil Revision Petition has been placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below, seeking extension of time to dispose of HMOP.No.59 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruthani.

2. It is seen from the records that while disposing the petition in CRP.No.845 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 22.03.2022, directed the trial Court to dispose of HMOP.No.59 of 2019 within a period of six months. However, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani, has sent communication dated 01.02.2023 in D.No.717/SJ/2023 and sought further 3 months time for disposal of the case.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three(3) months time to dispose of HMOP.No.59 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
